Accessibility
THE UNION IS ADA ACCESSIBLE
ACCESSIBLE SEATING:
The Union is primarily general admission, standing-room only. Accessible accommodations are offered within the general admission (GA) setup. This area is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited depending on the event. We strongly encourage guests needing accessible accommodations to plan ahead and arrive early. While we make every effort to accommodate all guests, availability on the day of show cannot be guaranteed. Each ADA guest is allowed 1 companion in the designated ADA area and must remain seated while in the ADA section. If a patron needs to stand for medical reasons, we will make every effort to ensure everyone maintains a clear view of the stage.
ADA tickets are not offered or required. Documentation is not required.
Any of our staff can direct you to the ADA section upon arrival.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING *Subject To Construction*:
We have limited accessible parallel parking spots available on 500 W just outside of the main gate entrance.
ACCESSIBLE ENTRY/RESTROOMS/CONCESSIONS:
Our main entrance is fully accessible — along with restrooms, concessions, and merch.
AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION:
The Union offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least 2 weeks before the event date.
To request an interpreter or any other accommodations, please email us: ada@theunioneventcenter.com
