VENUE POLICIES
In the interest of everyone’s safety, the following items may NOT be brought into the venue:
No backpacks or large bags are allowed
6”x8” small clutch purses or fanny packs are permitted
No outside food or beverages
No weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, and mace)
No professional cameras, videos, or recording devices
No laser pointers
Additional items may be added on an event by event basis and dictated by tour personnel. Management has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Union is fully ADA accessible.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING: We have limited accessible parallel parking spots available on 500 W just outside of the main gate entrance.
ACCESSIBLE ENTRY/RESTROOMS/CONCESSIONS: Our main entrance is fully accessible — along with restrooms, concessions, and merch.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING: The Union is primarily standing-room only, however, we do have limited ADA seats for qualified patrons. Each ADA guest is allowed 1 companion in the designated ADA area and must remain seated while in the ADA section. Any of our staff can direct you to the ADA section upon arrival.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION: The Union offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least 3 weeks before the event date.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS TO YOUR EVENTS?
TICKETMASTER and EVENTBRITE are our primary ticketing platforms for concerts.
Please make sure you are purchasing tickets directly from our website or the artist’s official website to avoid any issues.
I CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE EVENT ANYMORE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
We have a no-refund policy.
If an artist has to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event, all ticket holders will receive an email notification with detailed information & options.
DO YOU OFFER FOOD & BEVERAGES DURING CONCERTS?
We have full cashless bars and a food truck for your enjoyment.
DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET TO ATTEND A CONCERT?
Children 2 & under do not require a ticket to attend the event. All children 10 & under need to arrive with proper hearing protection to attend the event.
DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK AVAILABLE?
Yes - during the colder months our coat check closet is open and available during our concerts.
